We have an extensive list of independent participating providers, hospitals and pharmacies. We offer national in-network prescription drug coverage. This means that you will pay the same cost sharing amount for your prescriptions in all 50 states and the District of Columbia at any of our in-network pharmacies.

To request a hard copy of Doctors HealthCare Plans’ provider directory, please call:

Doctors HealthCare Plans will mail a hard copy of the provider directory to you within three (3) business days of your request.  Doctors HealthCare Plans may ask whether your request for a hard copy is a one-time request or if you are requesting to receive the provider directory in hard copy permanently.

You may also request a printed bilingual Provider Directory be mailed to you by completing and submitting this form English / Spanish

Register online at www.medimpact.com to request a new prescription, or transfer one from a retail pharmacy. Choose “Request a Prescription” at the top of “My Medications -> Prescription List” page and follow instructions.
